About Celestin Ngaruyinka

Mr. Celestin NGARUYINKA is Executive Director of Prison Fellowship Rwanda, hold Master of Sciences in Economics from Kigali Independent University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Rwanda (Former KIE) and Financial Management Specialization Certificate from Cornell University USA. He joined Prison Fellowship Rwanda in 2020 as Field Coordinator of the organization in the western province of Rwanda, managing a partnership project with UNHCR and MINEMA. Later in 2022, he was appointed as the head of programs. Before joining PFR, Celestin worked at Transparency International Rwanda (TI-RW) in its various research projects. He is also a member of TI-RW and president of its Internal Auditing Committee. Prior to this, he has been a mathematics teacher in both public and private schools.
