About Richard Muzima

Mr. Richard MUZIMA serves as Human Resource and Administration Specialist at Prison Fellowship Rwanda, holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Kigali, is a Certified Human Resource (HR) Professional accredited by the Global Skills Development Council (GSDC), and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) to further strengthen his expertise in legal and regulatory matters. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Development Studies) from the former National University of Rwanda. With over 8 years of professional experience. Since joining the organisation in 2018, he has also served as a Project Coordinator and Community-Based Protection Officer under a UNHCR-funded project. Richard has expertise in Human Resource Management, Administration, Project Management, Restorative Justice, Psychosocial Healing, Refugee Protection, Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and Refugee Law and Labor Law.
