Ms. Betty Ngarambe Umulisa holds a Master’s degree in Project management and a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, she brings both academic grounding and practical expertise in humanitarian contexts, organizational , community development and advocacy. Ms. Betty is a skilled humanitarian and development practitioner with over 7 years of experience in program management, Projects Implementation, monitoring and evaluation, protection, community engagement, and resource mobilization. She successfully designed, implemented, and overseen multi-donor funded projects in partnership with international organizations, UN agencies and national government entities. Her professional background spans working with children, youth, women, refugees, asylum seekers, and host communities, with a strong focus on gender, protection, inclusion, social accountability and in emergency response.
