January 21, 2026 | General

Happening now:
GIZ, together with its implementing partners, has launched a 2‑day Data Management training aimed at strengthening and harmonizing data systems across organizations delivering protection and livelihood activities under the DUTERINTAMBWE Project.

The training brings together data officers, program staff, and monitoring & evaluation teams to enhance their capacity in standardized data collection, quality assurance, reporting mechanisms, and information management tools.

The primary objective is to ensure consistency, accuracy, and harmonized data flows, enabling partners to coordinate effectively and deliver high‑quality support to communities.

By building a common understanding of data processes, GIZ and its partners aim to strengthen accountability, promote evidence‑based decision-making, and improve the overall impact of protection and livelihood interventions.

The DUTERINTAMBWE Project remains committed to empowering communities and fostering sustainable development through enhanced coordination and capacity building.
