Celebrating the Graduation of the Sociotherapy Cycle at Kiziba Refugee Camp
On 16 September 2026, a graduation ceremony was successfully held at Kiziba Refugee Camp, marking the completion of a 15-week Sociotherapy Cycle.
The event brought together graduates, facilitators, community representatives, and partners, including representatives from MINEMA, UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and PFR, to recognize participants' dedication and achievements throughout the program.
Over the course of the sociotherapy sessions, participants strengthened their social connections, improved self-confidence, enhanced emotional well-being, developed stronger coping mechanisms, and built greater resilience through mutual support and shared learning.
Graduates expressed appreciation for the safe space created by the program, which enabled them to share experiences, support one another, and foster stronger community relationships.
We congratulate all graduates on this important achievement and encourage them to continue applying the knowledge and skills gained to promote individual healing, community cohesion, and collective well-being.
