Strengthening Community-Based Rehabilitation Services for Refugees with Disabilities Today, PFR distributed Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) materials to Kiziba Refugee Camp and Nkamira Transit Center as part of its commitment to promoting disability inclusion and improving access to quality support services. The newly distributed resources will enhance the technical capacity of staff, Inclusion Officers, and Persons with Specific Needs (PSN) Volunteers by providing standardized tools and guidance for delivering effective rehabilitation and inclusion services. Beyond supporting service providers, these materials will empower caregivers with practical knowledge and skills to promote rehabilitation, independence, participation, and well-being for persons with disabilities within their homes and communities. This initiative reflects PFR's ongoing commitment to ensuring that refugees with disabilities have access to inclusive services, meaningful participation, and opportunities to thrive. Together, we continue building more inclusive communities where no one is left behind.
